On to the next round

Even though the Blackhawks fell a bit short, the Bulls had no trouble beating the Pacers yesterday. The first few games were closer than expected, but the Bulls found a way to win three of the four. The game yesterday was not even close and they won the series four games to one. Now they will either play the Magic or the Hawks in the next round of the playoffs.

Tough Defeat

The Blackhawks almost pulled off one of the most amazing comebacks in NHL history yesterday against the Vancouver Canucks. The were down in the series three games to zero and would have been eliminated with one more loss. Then they made a charge and took three in a row to even the series at three games a piece. Yesterday was game seven and it was a nail biter. The Hawks were down 1-0 for most of the game then with three minutes left, they tied it and sent the game into overtime. In over time they had many chances but fell short, losing 2-1. I guess there is always next year.

Justin Beiber

Justin Beiber is a goon.

Jimmy McNamara: A review of character (or the lack thereof)

Rancor.  Vile.  Putrid.  Words used most commonly to describe a swine that has the runs.  But in our situation we could find no finer words to amplify our dear friend, Jimbo.

He is a man of few words.  Simple words.  Words reflecting the intellect of a three-year old that has been raised by wolves.  And the wolves would have to be pretty darn stupid.

With dumbo ears, a smile more crooked than the Ifle Tower he is a natural eye sore.

We have many questions we wish to ask him.

Why does he text on his cell phone in his journalism class?
Why doesn't he wear a paper bag over his head?
Why, Jimmy? . . . Just. . . why?

But we know he won't understand.

Jimmy has a crooked smile
Kids do laugh yet all the while
He studies the wall as if looking for a sign
But in reality he wastes his time
He has not future and no hope
In fewer words he's just a dope
